The staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean and had good amenities like a microwave, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Breakfast had a lot of options but was a bit cold. The floors were sticky with syrup though. Great location near a supermarket and food spots. Loved having late check-in and a fitness center.

As always, the spacious room at Best Western Plus was delightful. the front desk staff was very nice, and the location was very convenient. I would highly recommend the Executive Suite, especially for the great price. the breakfast provided was really good, with hot food and the best orange juice. the gentleman who managed the breakfast area was so helpful and professional, making our mornings pleasant. the housekeeping staff also did a great job in keeping the room tidy.
Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊

The hotel's convenient location near Carolina Place Mall made it easy for me to visit. The wonderful 24-hour staff greeted me with a warm welcome and ensured a memorable stay. Additionally, the balanced and delicious breakfast options provided something for everyone, making for a great start to each day.
